Some transactions that come from the manual import can be irrelevant to the user. These can be things like transfers between accounts where the balance page will log both transactions as incomes and expenses unnecessarily.

The user should be able to 'hide' these sorts of transactions so they do not cloud the accuracy of the balances. While they should be noted within the app, they shouldn't be applied to any calculations towards a user's monthly spend.
